Getting ready for adulthood
If you are aged 16 – 21, and have been looked after by us after you were 16, either by being fostered (including private fostering) or by living in a residential home, we can give you help, advice and emotional support to deal with any problems you might be having and to prepare for the challenges ahead.
If you are leaving care, we want to help you move on successfully and achieve your full potential as an adult. We will ask you how we can improve our services to meet your needs, and to help us draw up a personal assessment that reflects your individuality and personal preferences. We can work with other agencies to extend the support available to you.
