How we can help

All Children's Centres can provide help or advice on a range of services for children up to age five and their families. For more information please visit our page What is a Children's Centre?.

At Hailsham East Children's Centre we can also help you with:

• Teenage parent group
• breastfeeding support
• smoking cessation
• personal development skills
• monthly drop-in for parents and children with special needs.

We offer training on a wide range of topics, including regular sessions on:

• computer skills for beginners
• baby massage
• baby yoga
• paediatric first aid
• cookery groups (including food hygiene certificate)
• improving parenting skills
• early start programme for parents (basic childcare skills child development) .
