Poisons – licence to sell
If you wish to apply or reapply for a licence to sell non-medical poisons you need to complete the poisons licence application form. All poisons licences must be renewed annually by 30 April.
The following fees apply:
- initial application for a licence, for each set of premises – £29.33
- renewal of poisons licence – £15.47
- any alterations to details on your licence after it has been issued – £7.90.
Please make cheques payable to 'East Sussex County Council'.
