The Business Support Network
The Business Support Network (BSN) is an initiative by East Sussex County Council Trading Standards Service. It updates local businesses and business organisations with information relevant to their trading activities.
The information BSN members receive is primarily distributed by email. Businesses without an email facility are welcome to join as key information can be posted to them.

What are the benefits of joining?
The Business Support Network is free to join. As a member, you will receive the following:
- Trading Standards related news
- "Insight” - a quarterly business support newsletter
- business updates about the latest scams and changes to the law
- details of new legislation or changes to current legislation
- information from other regulatory agencies which may be relevant to local business.
BSN members also have access to a direct dial number to contact Trading Standards with requests for advice or assistance on Trading Standards matters. The Business Support Officer is responsible for responding to requests for training and other business education activities.
