Payment

  • All fees will be charged on completion of the course.
  • The rates quoted on the pricing schedule are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter these prices.

Changes and cancellations

  • The full course fee will be charged if you need to cancel a booking within 15 days of the booked date, or cancelled without a valid reason or notification, and are unable to provide a substitute.
  • All cancellations must be notified by email.
  • We reserve the right to alter course dates and venues without liability.
  • We will make a full refund in the unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel your event and are unable to provide an alternative.
