Terms and conditions

Payment

• All fees will be charged on completion of the course.
• The rates quoted on the pricing schedule are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter these prices.

Changes and cancellations

• 50% of the course fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled without a valid reason or provision of a substitute.
• If a booking is cancelled within 15 days or if a delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee will be charged.
• We reserve the right to alter course dates and venues without liability.
• We will make a full refund in the unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel your event and are unable to provide an alternative.

Making a booking

We will confirm your booking by email, and send more detailed information about the course at least two weeks before the course date.
